Lake Township 2021 Commercial Property Revaluation Workbooks
Below are the Cook County Assessor’s 2021 revaluation methodology worksheets for each income-producing PIN (Property Index Number), class 300 and above, in Lake Township. The Assessor’s goal in publishing this data for the first time is that property owners can understand the CCAO’s approach to mass appraisal of their income-producing property.
There is a separate methodology Report Tab for each property group. Find a property group below, then download the file below to view valuation details.
If you have questions or need assistance, please read more in the “About this data” section below.

About this data:
- How up-to-date is this data?
This data was used to produce initial valuations mailed to property owners. It does not incorporate any subsequent changes to a property’s class, characteristics, valuation, or assessed value from appeals. This data is provided as-is to provide a snapshot of the CCAO’s 2021 Revaluation of income-producing properties, and will not be updated.
- I think there’s an error in the data for my property. What can I do?
At the time of publication, the CCAO has already completed accepting appeals for properties in this township for 2021.- If you believe there is an error in the estimated value of the property, the Cook County Board of Review may still be accepting appeals for 2021, to affect second-installment tax bills issued in late 2022.
- If you believe there is an error in the characteristics (such as the square footage) of the property but not necessarily the value, the Assessor’s Office has many options for you. You can send details using our Contact page, Facebook, or Twitter. For substantial errors, we have created an opportunity to request a meeting with Assessor Leadership. Finally, you could also wait until this township is open for appeals in 2022 (check calendar here), and submit a 2022 appeal with a 2021 Certificate of Error.
- There aren’t any errors but I have questions about this data.
Please send any questions using our Contact page, Facebook, or Twitter.
